ARE THE BEDROOMS SEMI-PRIVATE OR PRIVATE?
Here at Woodlake Loving Care, we offer both private and semi-private room option.
WHAT ARE Woodlake Loving Care’s VISITING HOURS?
At Woodlake Loving Care, friends and family members of our residents are free to visit whenever they wish. Although there are certain hours of the day when we limit visitors, our facility is still your loved ones’ home. That means we ensure that they will live as comfortable and safe as possible.
WHAT IF A RESIDENT DOES NOT LIKE WHAT’S BEING SERVED FOR A MEAL?
This happens often. If our resident does not like what is being served, our staff members are more than willing to prepare whatever he or she likes to eat. We are flexible when it comes to their preferences.
WHERE ARE THE RESIDENTS’ MEDICATIONS ORDERED FROM?
Woodlake Loving Care has a particular pharmacy with which we work. However, it is still up to you on whether you want to utilize this pharmacy for your loved ones or not. Feel free to select the pharmacy of your choice.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF MEDICATIONS?
Our staff members are responsible for reminding our residents about their medications. We ensure that they will take their medicines the right way at the right time.
DO THE ROOMS COME FULLY FURNISHED?
Our rooms are fully furnished unless the resident would prefer to bring his or her own furniture. However, we encourage every resident to bring at least some personal items to help them feel at home.
IF MY LOVED ONE MOVES IN AND THE CARE NEEDS INCREASE, WILL THERE BE A RENT INCREASE FEE?
When you sign the admission agreement, the specified rates stated in the document is what you will pay. Whenever there is an increase, we see to it that we notify you beforehand.
ARE THERE SEPARATE CHARGES FOR INCONTINENCE SUPPLIES?
We offer an optional charge for incontinent supplies. We also give the family members of our residents the option to purchase the supplies themselves.
CAN I HAVE A HOSPITAL BED IN THE BEDROOM?
At Woodlake Loving Care, we allow hospital beds, as long as a doctor’s order is on file. Half bed rails are also allowed to ensure convenience when it comes to repositioning, also with a doctor’s order.
CAN I KEEP MY DOCTOR IF I MOVE INTO Woodlake Loving Care?
Yes, all of our residents are allowed to keep their own doctors. We are flexible and can work with a network of visiting physicians.
